Enquiries & quotes
Submitting a tour request places you under no obligation. We will reply with a proposed itinerary and a quote. Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed only once you have approved the final itinerary and we have confirmed it in writing. We do not process payments through this website; payment arrangements are agreed directly with you. A deposit may be required to secure your trip, with the balance due before travel.
Pricing
Prices depend on the season, availability and the services selected, and may change until your booking is confirmed. Entrance fees, international flights, meals and personal expenses are excluded unless stated in your itinerary.
Changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a confirmed trip, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation terms depend on the policies of the hotels and suppliers involved and will be shared with you before booking.
Travel documents & insurance
You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any required vaccinations, and we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every traveller.
Our responsibility
We arrange services provided by carefully selected local partners and act in good faith to ensure quality. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, strikes or events affecting third-party suppliers.
